Project Management is a large part of event planning. Implementing projcet management strategies and practices compliments the event planning process.

I believe that Project Management is a great skill to have in order to plan organized events and execute projects efficiently within a given time frame.

Project Management is something that needs to be implemented when working in a team to ensure everyone is on the same page and the group is working as a dynamic whole. Learning some project management skills at CATO has taught me many new skills in regards to group dynamics, schedules and organized planning.
